About the Role:
Join Ellie Mental Health as a Clinical Supervisor in Latham, NY, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical compliance with ethical and legal standards for up to 5 Pre-Licensed providers.
- Maintain a caseload of clients providing mental health services.
- Provide supervision and support to those supervising, promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Active LMHC or LMFT clinical license.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered care.
